Manor House Agricultural Centre (MHAC) offers training in GROW BIOINTENSIVE, a low input farming technology offered to resource-poor, small-scale farmers who can hardly afford the alternative expensive conventional farming methods that rely upon external inputs. Graduates are equipped with both theory and practical skills that can easily be adapted to create self-employment and to design their own training programmes for farmers in an effort to improve community livelihoods and enable farmers to produce higher yields from their small parcels of land while eliminating conventional costs.

Since our founding in 1984, MHAC has provided training and certification in sustainable agriculture, organic farming methods, and ecological farm systems for small-scale farmers at our Kitale, Kenya, campus. Training is offered in six different courses to suit the needs of trainees. Well over 200,000 farmers in Kenya and other parts of the world have been trained in our various courses.
